If you also want to follow along on your smartphone, download the Clean & Lean Mobile App. During the All-Site Challenge, you will only receive a notification through the Mobile App, if a NEW post has been made in the FORUM or when one of the daily steps is sent out for the challenge.
After the challenge wraps up, you will receive notifications through the Mobile App, if a NEW post has been made in the FORUM and when a new recipe, cooking video or nutrition video has been posted on the site.
