START THE WEEK TWO MEAL PLANS
Today you’ll start the Week Two Meal Plans. All packaged in tasty quick prep meals and snacks! I hope that you enjoy the variety of color, texture and taste!

This week you will make Silky Celeriac and Basil Soup. Celeriac may be new to many of you. This is celery root, a bulbous starchy root vegetable that is white and has a light celery and parsley flavor. This is an easy soup to make that is sure to please! Each time that I serve this, my guests are pleasantly surprised at the taste.

There are two new cooking class videos that are incorporated into this week’s meal plan. Guest Chef Danielle Premo shares her Silky Celeriac and Basil Soup, and Spinach Stuffed Portobello Bowls.
