Happy Monday! This Wednesday you’ll start the Clean & Lean Revolution System eating plan, by following the meal plans provided. I recommend that you look over the week one meal plans, instructions and recipes today. Skim through the shopping list and tick off what you already have on hand. Then, shop for the week one meal plan tomorrow, so you’ll have the freshest ingredients on hand for the week ahead. On the meal plans, (recipe) indicates that you will prepare this meal from a recipe. If a fresh leftover serving is used at a future meal, this is noted by (leftover). At the bottom of each recipe, you will find information on suitable substitutions and how to divide the recipe and store it for future meals.
