There are close to 60 Mason Jar Salad recipes in the Recipe and Meal Plans section on the site. Mason Jar Salads even have their own category in that section. I am sure that you can tell that I am a little obsessed with them! They simply taste like spring to me. This is a very inexpensive way to prepare a week’s worth of whole food lunches that truly satisfy! Every Mason Jar salad recipe on the site is offered at 420 calories per serving. You may easily interchange these, or try them all in order.
