TIP # 3 GET THE CEREAL OUT OF THE HOUSE

It doesn’t matter how much sugar is, or is not, in your cereal, or, if it is made from ‘whole grains.’ 99.9% of all breakfast cereals offer very little whole foods nutrition. They are full of synthetic vitamins and make health claims, but they aren’t really healthy. This is similar to having crackers and milk for breakfast and thinking that this is a balanced breakfast to fuel your day.

Instead, focus on a protein and healthy fat rich breakfast like pastured eggs, avocado, spinach and tomato slices with a tiny drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar OR kick off your day with a smoothie!
