Starting next Wednesday, we’ll kick off the Prep Week. The Prep Week is all about checking in, gaining awareness and getting ready to move forward!

Here is the schedule: All-Site Challenge Prep Week Starts October 15th

Meal Plans Go Live Friday, October 17th

All-Site Challenge October 21st  – October 19th

During the Prep Week, you will:

  • Shift off caffeine, sugar and processed foods
  • Improve hydration – drink at least 80oz of water (not near bedtime)
  • Including a green smoothie each day
  • Start to track your sleep habits
  • Start to track your movement across the day

You will be walked through the program step by step!

PedometerI recommend that you use a pedometer during the challenge. If you need to purchase on, visit the Marketplace and place your order asap. You will also be tracking your sleep habits.

 

 

 

FitBit OneIf you would like to use a device to do this with, consider purchasing a Fitbit One. This tracks both sleep and steps!
