Why Weight Loss Should Be the Last Goal on Your List

Weight loss is often a top goal of my clients – you can easily lose weight on this plan, but I suggest you flip the paradigm of why you are here. If you are here because you would like to lose that same 10-20 pounds over and over again then you may want to rethink your goals. If you only focus on weight loss, then you are on a diet and the only goal is to shed pounds. At this point, the habits don’t matter. This will only lead to regaining the weight. Please watch:
