This week Chef Lynne Vea shows us how to make Zucchini Pasta with Pesto, Tomatoes and Pine Nuts with a homemade Greens, Nuts and Seeds Pesto. You’ll make a full batch of pesto with this recipe and then freeze some, in an ice cube tray, to use to flavor up future dishes.
